The Meat Raffle: Festive Edition​

Join us at The Swan on Sunday 21st December at 1:30pm for our Meat Raffle: Festive Edition, packed with seasonal goodies to get everyone in the Christmas spirit.
This special festive raffle features a brilliant selection of prizes: A gammon joint, a trimmings tray (pigs in blankets, stuffing & more), 2 bottles of wine, a box of chocolates, a festive cheese board and a gift voucher for the pub!
Tickets are just £1 a strip and will be available from the bar from 7th December.
Bring your friends, grab a drink, and enjoy a cheerful Sunday afternoon with the chance to take home some delicious Christmas treats.
Morris Dancers at The Swan
Boxing Day (Friday 26th December) | 12pm
Join us at The Swan this Boxing Day for a lively and colourful performance from our visiting Morris dancers, taking place right outside the pub. It’s a brilliant festive tradition, full of music, energy, and plenty of Boxing Day cheer!
Whether you’re out for a walk, popping by for a drink, or gathering with family after Christmas Day, it’s a lovely way to spend the afternoon and soak up some proper seasonal spirit.

Quiz of the Year​

Test your knowledge, relive the highlights of the past twelve months, and get ready for the new year with a bit of friendly competition at The Swan’s Quiz of the Year. Expect rounds covering everything from big news moments and TV favourites to sport, music, and those random viral stories we all somehow remember.
